Start with the selected option and listing details. The answers below explain ordering, delivery and support for Poemlux; the linked policies contain full terms.
What can I find at Poemlux?
Notebooks, planners, notepads, bookmarks, pencil cases, pen sleeves and desk organizers. Check each selected listing for format, size and included quantity.
Are these items made by Poemlux?
We are an independent online retailer. We do not claim to make or be endorsed by a third-party brand unless a product page expressly says so.
Where can you deliver?
To all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and Washington, DC. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Ask us whether your item can go to a PO Box.
What does Standard shipping cost?
It is free within our service area, with no minimum order.
When will you process my order?
Usually within 1–2 business days after acceptance and payment verification. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
What is the arrival estimate?
Transit after dispatch is estimated at 2–4 business days, making the estimated processing-plus-transit total 3–6 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. If dispatch is delayed, we offer the revised timing or an unshipped cancellation with prompt refund.
Where is my tracking number?
After a notebook or desk item leaves us, watch for its tracking message. A carrier may need time to record the first scan; items traveling in separate parcels may have different numbers. Ask us to look into a stalled update.
May I change or cancel an order?
Contact us immediately. We will try to change or cancel before shipment. An accepted unshipped cancellation receives a prompt original-method refund; a dispatched item follows the return process.
Which items can be returned?
Request within 30 calendar days of delivery. For a change of mind, the item should be unused, undamaged and include its accessories. Damage, defects, wrong or missing items and material description errors are handled without limiting legal rights.
How do I begin a return?
Email your order number, item and reason. Wait for approval, the correct destination and return instructions; the Wilmington mailing address is not an automatic return address.
Do I pay the return postage?
No for an eligible approved return. We provide a prepaid label at our expense.
Is there a restocking charge?
No. We charge no restocking fee.
Can I exchange a notebook or organizer?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Request an eligible return and place a separate order for the other item.
When do you issue a refund?
For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
What if the parcel is damaged, wrong or incomplete?
Contact us promptly with the order number and a description. Photos can help but are not the sole basis for your rights. Keep the item and packaging if possible while we review the appropriate remedy.
Which payment method can I use?
The methods actually shown at checkout for your order are available. Review the USD total and applicable tax before submission. Footer brand icons alone do not promise method availability; never email card numbers or CVV.
Can I control advertising cookies?
Use the privacy controls actually shown on our site, Your Privacy Choices and your browser settings. The Privacy Policy explains optional advertising and analytics tools if used; closing a notice is not itself consent.
How do I ask about my personal information?
Use Your Privacy Choices or email support@poemlux.com with “Privacy request.” Applicable rights and deadlines vary by state. For an eligible declined request, email “Privacy appeal” with the prior decision.
How do I reach support?

How do I choose a paper format or desk fit?
For a page, compare the approximately 21 × 15 cm plain gray notebook with the A6 ruled notebook. For a desk, compare the bamboo organizer’s listed 10.23-inch width and drawer with a pen cup. An open-top pen sleeve and a zip case have different closures; check their stated sizes against your tools. Corner and tassel bookmarks are separate single-item styles, not a set. Any approximate measurement is not an exact fit guarantee, and styled photos do not change the stated purchase unit.
How should I care for stationery?
Follow the listing’s care information. Ask before use if a material or finish matters; do not assume an unlisted waterproof, food-safe or heavy-load rating.
