In brief: Ask to return an item within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved eligible returns receive a prepaid label at our expense; we charge no restocking fee and do not offer exchanges. Refunds go to the original payment method.
Start a return
Email support@poemlux.com with your order number, the item and your reason. If an item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially unlike its description, describe the problem; photos may help but inability to provide them alone does not remove applicable rights. Wait for our eligibility review, return destination and instructions before mailing anything. Our Wilmington correspondence address is not an automatic return address.
Condition of a change-of-mind item
For a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused, undamaged and accompanied by its included accessories. Keep suitable packaging when available to protect it in transit. Notebooks, planners, bookmarks, pencil cases and desk organizers may be returned under these conditions. A condition for a change-of-mind return does not limit rights for defective or misdescribed goods.
Label, shipment and inspection
For an approved eligible return, we provide a prepaid shipping label and pay its shipping cost; there is no restocking fee. Pack the item securely, use the supplied label and retain your receipt and tracking. Tell us if the label cannot be used. We inspect the returned item when it arrives and will explain any issue affecting approval before resolving the refund.
Refund timing
For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. We do not promise the provider will post the credit within that same 10-day period. If applicable law requires another remedy or timing, those rights still apply.
Cancellations, exchanges and order problems
Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order. If an unshipped cancellation is accepted, we initiate a prompt refund to the original method without waiting for a return or inspection. Once shipped, the return process applies. We do not make direct exchanges; a different item requires a separate order. For a damaged, wrong or missing item, contact us promptly so we can explain the appropriate remedy and any return steps without charging eligible return shipping or restocking fees.
