In brief: These terms cover use of the Poemlux online stationery store and purchases from us. Read the product listing and the linked Shipping, Refund, Payment and Privacy policies before placing an order. Mandatory consumer rights remain in effect.
Store use and information
Use the site lawfully and provide accurate order and contact information. Do not interfere with security or another user’s access. We may correct clear errors, limit misuse or refuse an order where permitted by law, with appropriate notice and refund of any payment collected for an unfulfilled order.
What a product listing means
Notebooks, planners, bookmarks, cases and organizers vary by format, size, selected option and included quantity. The selected listing identifies the purchase unit; a styled photograph may show more than the items sold. Dimensions marked approximate and material descriptions should be read as stated on that listing. Ask us before purchase if a specific fit, finish or included piece is essential. We do not claim to manufacture third-party items unless expressly stated.
Orders and totals
An order is subject to acceptance, availability and payment verification. Prices are in USD. Review item price, applicable taxes, free Standard shipping where eligible and the full total before submission. The methods actually shown at checkout govern payment options; a footer icon is not a payment guarantee. We may review transactions for fraud. Delivery and changes
Our Shipping Policy describes the 50-state-and-DC service area, free Standard shipping and estimated processing and transit periods. Dates are estimates, not guarantees. Tell us promptly about an address error or a desired cancellation. If shipment is delayed beyond the stated processing period, you may accept the revised time or cancel an unshipped order for a prompt refund. After dispatch, our return process applies.
Returns and statutory remedies
The Refund Policy explains the 30-calendar-day request window, eligibility, prepaid labels, lack of restocking fees and the refund process. We do not offer direct exchanges. Nothing in these terms or our policies removes remedies or rights that cannot lawfully be waived for defective, wrong or misdescribed goods.
Content and third-party material
Poemlux site text, layout and original content may be protected by intellectual-property law. Product names, marks and third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Do not copy or misuse protected material. Links and embedded services, including Google Maps, may be governed by another provider’s terms and privacy practices; we do not control their independent processing.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep listings and the site accurate, but temporary interruptions, typographical errors and stock changes can occur. We will address an accepted order affected by an error fairly under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses outside our control; this statement does not exclude or restrict non-waivable consumer protections, liability that cannot be excluded or remedies expressly promised in our policies.
Applicable law, revisions and contact
Applicable law includes mandatory U.S. federal and state consumer protections where relevant. We do not require an exclusive venue or ask you to give up a non-waivable right. We may revise these terms for future use; the date above identifies this text, and changes do not erase rights already arising from an accepted order. Contact us about a transaction or concern.
