In brief: Prices and the final order total are in USD. Standard shipping is free in our service area; applicable taxes appear before you submit the order. The checkout screen, for your specific order, is the source of available payment methods.
What you can use at checkout
Payment methods can vary by location, device, currency and order eligibility. Use only a method actually presented during checkout. Card-brand images in our footer identify brands visually; they are not a promise that a particular method, wallet or payment provider is active for every order. Shopify and the providers shown at checkout process payment information; Poemlux remains the seller responsible for the products, delivery and support.
Authorizations and failed attempts
A payment provider may show a pending authorization before a charge settles. It may take the provider time to release an unsuccessful hold. If checkout declines a payment, review the billing information or contact your provider. Avoid repeated attempts that could create multiple pending holds. For a suspected duplicate payment, send us the order number and a non-sensitive transaction reference so we can investigate. We may review an order for fraud or payment verification.
Keep payment details in checkout
We do not ask for a complete card number, CVV, password or one-time code by email or phone. Do not send those details to support. We do not require cryptocurrency, a personal transfer or another off-site payment to an individual. This catalog does not offer subscriptions or automatic renewals.
Refund connection
For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. An accepted unshipped cancellation is refunded promptly without the return-inspection condition. See Refund Policy for eligibility and steps.
